I don't think so. The Xbox 360 has already lost it's fire. The Wii will own. Nobody will even think about microsoft this fall!

Ahh yes, the every lasting discussion of 360 vs PS3. Let me discuss for a moment. Sony probably did steal the motion controller from nintendo, because nintendo was making it before Sony even started. The Wii's controller will kill the PS3's only 4 way controller, while the Wii has a full motion instead of just up, down, and across. Its really ashame that nintendo didn't use a more powerful system though. The Wii is very innovative and something different, but very weak technically compared to the 360 and PS3. If it would have just had HD support it may not have been so weak, but it doesn't. I only hope nintendo doesn't kill the component output support like they did for the cube. Same goes for optical audio out, it had better have that. So what system do I hold as the best of the 3? The 360. A year head start, what do you think Microsoft has been doing for this first year? Sitting? Of course not! They have been developing more awesome stuff for the 360. They are getting more games and developers than ever before and more 3rd party support. This holiday season will be a great one for the 360 with all the new games and accessories arriving. MS is just preparing its guns against Sony. And when MS releases the HD drive for a low price point and a component to HDMI converter, then whats different from the 360 than the PS3? Well, still a lot, but Sony will still over-hype the system like they did for the PS2. The MS-flame will not go out this holiday, but continue to get stronger. MacAttack out.

Well, you can't really judge yet. Once the Wii comes out though, you can. Cuz we all know that the PS3 will suck anyways.
And how do you know that the Wii is a weak system? Have you obtained one? Well, anyways, does the power of the system really have that much to do with it? Seriously. The Game Cube was considered the "weakest" of the three systems, yet it had the shortest loading times and was the least likely to error. That shows that it doesn't really matter for a game system. Maybe for a computer, but not a console. Nintendo makes the high-end of gaming systems too. They can balance strength with intuitive ways to play and fun games. (They've already shown that.) What good is a powerful system without Zelda, Mario, and Metroid games anyways?
Though, I agree. Sony will die this year. Microsoft will perhaps stay strong, yet I think it's popularity has gone down with everyone looking foreward to Wii.

You are correct. I don't have a Wii yet and I could have maybe underestimated its power. But, you are aware that the tech specs of the Wii are the equivalent of the original Xbox. The graphics are maybe a tad better on the Wii, but very close nonetheless. As far as loading times for the new systems, the PS3 will be the slowest because of the 2x blueray drive and because of the way the processor structure is. It is very hard to make games for the PS3 because of the structure of it. Anyway, the Wii could be the fastest next-gen console in terms of loading just because it doesn't have near as much graphical and detailed stuff to load as the 360. Hopefully it will have the ability to cache certain game info in its internal 512mb memory so games can load faster after the first load. - Macattack

Never. I don't think that will happen. Macintosh has no buisness helping another company like that. They'd loose tons of popularity.

Its true that there are rumors about Apple possibly working with Sony on a PS3 related announcement. I can tell what it could possibly be. I can maybe see Sony doing some sort of iPod iTunes integration with the PS3 because they are so bad in the music business versus apple. They may also be doing some sort of integration with the next version of OSX to the PS3. They could also be working together because of the Blueray drive because both companies support Blueray while microsoft uses HD DVD(the better choice BTW). Apple likes high end and innovative technology which its clear the PS3 is not innovative, but a compilement of both Microsoft and Nintendo, but it does have a good amount of advanced tech. Apple would have gone to MS to do some sort of integration, but since its MS, Apple didn't want anything to do with them, so they might have gone with Sony. Who knows, its a rumor. But if it is true, then its a sad day for apple to stoop to such a junky counsel as the PS3.

Has anyboady heard that the sony is so slow in making it that they are cutting the supply from 100k to 80k in ps3 consules. The thing is that its their own counrty.

Well they did decide to put a Blue-Ray DVD player in it. (Sadly, since the PS3 has a Blue-Ray in it, Blue-Ray might win the HD war.)
